Using information held in a library of standard labour, plant and material rates, bills of quantity are priced and standard quote letters produced.

Once an estimate is awarded daily sheets are used to plan work, purchase orders are generated to obtain material and contract costs are recorded. Invoices and Applications for Payment may be produced.
