Define the Bill Sections and add Items
If the enquiry is not priced a "We Regret" letter is
automatically produced which may be posted, faxed or emailed to the
Client.
If the enquiry is to be priced one or more bill
sections are created using the form opposite and items of work are appended to
create a bill of quantity.
As the items are
reasonably standard in nature each is described in the library with the
details of labour, plant and steel content.
This content is
then re-priced when the item is used by applying a nominated steel price
list and setting a number of discount factors affecting the labour,
plant and steel content.
